I’m Justin Tagorda, an entrepreneur and digital problem solver who can take a business challenge from rough idea to a practical, working solution.
I start by understanding the real problem: what is slowing the team down, confusing customers, limiting growth, or creating unnecessary manual work. Technology comes after the goal is clear.
My production work spans Shopify Plus storefronts, conversion and SEO improvements, product bundling, backend integrations, APIs, performance work, and campaign automation. I also build Laravel applications and operational tools for business teams.
In self-directed projects, I explore business ideas through storefronts, booking flows, service websites, dashboards, and local-first products. These are clearly labeled as demos throughout the portfolio.
I work across both sides of a digital business: the experience customers see and the systems the team relies on behind it. This helps me spot gaps that are easy to miss when strategy, design, and development are treated separately.
